You must read, agree and accept the terms and conditions below before you may become a member of Voucher Clubs.

Voucher Clubs reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and will notify members via email if altered.

Each vouchers has a unique code

Each voucher will have a unique code printed on it. In cases where you may use multiple vouchers at once, (in accordance to the individual offer’s terms and conditions) you will need to download and print them individually so each retains its unique number. DO NOT download the voucher once and then print it multiple times, as they will all have the same code and will not be accepted.

Sharing vouchers

You cannot give vouchers to your friends for them to use on their own. However, you can take friends along with you to enjoy the discounts, but you (the member) MUST be present. For vouchers with a percentage off the total bill, just one voucher is required to validate the discount for the entire group on one bill. However, if you wish to use 2 for 1 meal offers for four people,  you must take two vouchers.

Expiry of vouchers:
All vouchers promoted via Voucher Clubs feature a printed expiry date of one week from the date of download. Vouchers presented after the printed expiry date will not be honored by businesses.

Specific terms & conditions for each voucher
Each voucher features specific terms & conditions relating to usage and members must agree to read and accept these in full. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.

Vouchers are non-transferable

All vouchers on Voucher Clubs are non-transferable. Each voucher is printed with the member’s surname (family name) meaning that a member of that family must be present when the voucher is presented. Valid ID is required to prove identity such as a passport, resident’s permit or driving license.

Voucher changes
Voucher Clubs reserves the right to add, change and remove vouchers from the website at any time without notifying members.

Cancelation of membership

Voucher Clubs’ monthly payment option is an ongoing subscription service. Your membership is renewed automatically every 30 days. Members may cancel their membership at any time with immediate effect. It is the member’s responsibility to cancel their direct debit payments when paying through Paypal. Voucher Clubs will assist in the cancellation of monthly payments made through Austpay. Access to download vouchers will be withdrawn with immediate effect in the event of non-payment of membership fees.

Refund policy

In the event of significant disruption to the website, for an extended period of time, members will receive a refund of their membership fee equal to the timescale of the disruption. In the event that members are unhappy or unsattisfied with the website and the terms that have been offered, members may be entitled to a refund of their memebrship fee for the previous month. Members with any issues or concerns about their account or any charges should contact Voucher Clubs at your customer service via email at info@voucherclubs.com or telephone 974 3396 2631

The information contained in the company descriptions and other areas of Voucher Clubs’ website is only for guidance purposes. Voucher Clubs cannot be held responsible for any misinformation.

Quality of service
Voucher Clubs is not responsible for the quality of service and products that are offered by businesses in the vouchers. Any complaints related to quality of services and products should be addressed to the business providing the offer. Voucher Clubs accepts no responsibility for disputes between users and retailers.

Privacy policy
Voucher Clubs will not pass on any personal information from its members to any third party.

Governing law
Voucher Clubs’ offices are registered in the United Kingdom, therefore these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
