What kind of discounts in Doha are available to members?

Will the discounts on the website change throughout the year?
Yes! Businesses are able to continually update and revise the discounts they offer to our members. This means that in the coming months there will be many more discounts added to the website, providing an abundance of disocunt vouchers in Doha!

Some of the discount providers are from overseas, how do I use my voucher if I purchase their services online?
Some of our discounts are for international services and companies that are based abroad. As you won’t physically go to their location to use their services (i.e. booking a detox holiday in India) you will need to refer to the terms and conditions on the voucher for details of how to book.

How much does it cost?
Membership costs QR30 per month or just QR190 per year and is paid through PayPal or with a VISA card via their automated monthly renewal system until you choose to opt out. These payment options give you access to all the discount vouchers in Doha.

Do I need a credit card to join?
In order to use our monthly payment option – QR30 per month – you will need to make your payment online with a credit card (from any country) through PayPal or a VISA card. Can I cancel my Voucher Clubs membership if I choose to?
Yes! Provided you are using our monthly payment option you can cancel your membership at any time.

If I pay my membership monthly and cancel my membership mid-month will I receive a partial refund?
No. All cancellations must be made a minimum of 10 days prior to the automated payment date. No part refunds will be made under any circumstances

How many vouchers can I download?
Unlike discount books in Doha – which often limit the number of vouchers to 3 or 4 per year – you can download the majority of our offers as many times as you wish! Terms and conditions for a few specific vouchers may limit the number of downloads available for that particular promotion or offer.

Can I give vouchers to my friends and family?
The vouchers can be used by any member of your immediate family, who share the same surname/family name. Downloaded vouchers will feature your family name and businesses may check the identity of people using the vouchers to ensure that vouchers are not being transferred freely. If the bearer fails to provide adequate proof of ID of family name, the discount provider reserves the right to deny the offered discount or promotion.You cannot give the vouchers to your friends to use, though they may accompany you to take advantage of the offer.

Is there a time limit for me to use each voucher?
Each voucher is automatically generated with the family name and each has a one week expiry date. This means that you must use the voucher within the time frame stipulated on the voucher. Vouchers presented outside of these dates will not be honoured by the business offering the promotion.
